"The home was just as advertised! Plenty of space for our family and pets and the decks were a great place to relax, play games, and watch the golfers on the green and the tee for the next hole! Beds were comfortable and there was a wide assortment of kitchen appliances to use for preparing our meals. Many others mentioned the steep driveway but we did not have a single issue coming or going. So many activities in the HSV complex that we really did not feel the need to leave one we had arrived. I would highly recommend this home if you are looking for an economical stay in the area!"

"We were very pleased with this property. The proximity to the lake was wonderful. We enjoyed many visits to the swing on the deck by the lake. So relaxing. The house was well appointed and we really appreciated the extras such as spices, plenty of paper goods and they were nice, not generic store brands. The owners were responsive and check out was easy. The only regret I have is that I forgot to start the dishwasher before we left which was really the main thing they ask besides taking out the garbage. That will bother me for a long time. We hope to be able to return when we visit early next year."

"Very nice property with plenty of room and good amenities. A little dated, but typical for HSV in this price range. Only negative was that there were a few dusty/dirty areas: front door was very dirty with lots of cobwebs, kitchen stove backsplash was greasy and needed a good clean, and the house was a bit dusty overall. The maid just needs some better training lol. But it was a good value for the price, hosts were nice and responsive. We would book again."

"This house is AMAZING! If you are considering this house book it! It has everything we needed and more to make our vacation so relaxing and fun. You can walk down stone steps into beautiful Lake Balboa. The water is so clean and clear and the outside setup is wonderful with beautiful sunsets. The kitchen has everything and so many games to play at night. This will be the only house we will ever stay at in HSV. The hosts were so great to communicate with."

"Beautiful home lots of space for the family to spread out. The lake was beautiful and very peaceful. No water skiing which is fine I think thats why the water was nice and clean! They had everything we need cooking kitchen wise. We all took turns making meals. Enjoyed the kayaks and paddle board all the life jackets too! Had such a wonderful time building great memories there. We only left the place once to head into town for the day and swim at the beach. It was so nice we didn’t have any reason to leave. THANK YOU SO MUCH for the opportunity to stay at your lovely home/sanctuary!!"
