"Pros: - Hotel personal is welcoming and friendly. - Beach is amazing. The best on in Hikkaduwa. If you enjoy swimming, you will love it. - View from the room is perfect. But you have to book the Premium Ocean View Cons: - Towels are not as clean as you would like them to be - Be aware of bugs in room - Cleaning stuff do not wipe floor and have to be reminded to change towels. "This hotel is situated on a beautiful private property, with a lovely garden and private beach with rock pools! Food - especially Sri Lankan food - was fantastic! The staff also made sure they did everything to make our stay a lovely one. But sadly, the place wasn’t up to standard. Rooms, toilets and surrounding areas looked worn down. The “white” look in these images - I can guarantee it’s not white. It was more yellowish. Our toilet seat broke while we were there. The place was clean, but it was definitely worn down. It’s not upto standard of a luxury villa, and it’s definitely not worth the price they charge for it!"
