The room wasn’t ready for check in at 3pm so we left to the city and come back at 2am, the bed was used by someone, pillows didn’t have pillowcase, blanket wasn’t clean, all looks like they use it like Motel. Will not stay again there.

We came at 2:30am, the room wasn’t clean, it looks like some one was using this room before us and bed was like someone sleep on it, no pillow covers and pillow all dirty.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Restaurant and breakfast were good. Outside the city and need a car or taxi to get to the touristy areas. The hotel needs a facelift but not a bad experience.

We went when the hotel was completely empty - due to the Corona Vrus scare - the staff were very helpful and polite - the hotel was beautiful - the location though far from the centre of the city - had a beautiful iew of the ocean and nice rooms. The spa and pool were really good and the dinner was tasty - highly recommend this Hotel to those that want to be away from the hustle bustle and yet want to get to the city in 20 minutes

Outdoor Swimming pool was unique.Area of the rooms and suites was very good. Taxi fare to the city was so high and not affordable by hotel taxis. TV accessible channels were also unfortunately so limited.

Baku stay
Good hotel, right next to the Caspian Sea with an excellent swimming pools (both indoor and outdoor). Breakfast is not so good, as offer is different to the international standards. Service appears to be slightly slow, so both times we’ve got cold food on room service (they don’t cover it while transfer from the restaurant to the room). Internet connection was jorrible, slow with breaks of signal. However they offer very good and reliable airport transfer (both pick up and drop off) for very reasonable fee (40 AZM). There is also associated restaurant IL-Mare which provides delicious food :)

Staff was very helpfull and friendely, overhall good condition of the hotel exept the mirror that fade away, some tiles in the shower on the edge of falling off and the door of the terrasse frame that has difficulties to close. The bed was very confortable but the table on the terrasse was weired and somehow useless.

A lovely break from home
A definite plan to go back. The room was spacious and had a fantastic view of the Caspian Sea.The service was excellent. We were greeted with a smile and felt like being at the right place at the right time. Staff was very helpful. The staff guided and answered all our question on using Public transport from hotel to Old Baku City. Bus 125 was a winner for our daily commute as city center was quite a distance. Our flight was late evening. They offered late check-out and we used the facilities until our departure after check out. Breakfast is tasty but can add some more variety. It looked a bit limited. The egg station needs a nit more English though and coffee need some extra kick. The only downside was the leaking bathroom that could just not be fixed. I complained a several times, technician/plumber comes and does nothing. They didnt offer to move us, but then again we were hardly in the room. Overall a fantastic stay

Very nice facilities, but unfortunately all the pools and spa facilities were closed and we didn’t know that in advance. The beach was also closed for reconstruction. Baby facilities: good high chair in the restaurant. Dangerous balconies and no baby changing facilities. Play park is good - but parts are currently broken.

Ashtray Hotel Stay someplace else!
Horrible hotel experience that felt like you were staying in an ashtray. Asked to change rooms 3 times and everytime room was worse than before. From dirty towels to unfriendly staff that can hardly speak English. Our stay was so bad that we left a day early eventhough the room was paid for. Front desk didn’t even care to ask why. We even asked to speak to Hotel Manager but she couldn’t speak English.

Quiet Stay in Baku
The hotel staff are superb, nothing was too much trouble and they were very kind and helpful. They also sorted out a crooked Taxi driver who drove me from the airport to the hotel. I was very impressed with their service and willingness to help. The amenities are quite good but geared to summer visitors, I will certainly stay there again.

Berbat bir otel, berbat bir hizmet!!
Otel internet ve yorumlar doğrultusunda seçilmiş olup misafirlerimizle birlikte otele ulaştık, ilk şok büyük yatak olsun demiş olmamıza rağmen 2 ayrı yataklı odalar verilmiş olmasıydı. Tepkimiz üzerine fark ödeyerek bize daha iyi odalar verildi. Odalara girdiğimizde odaların çok eski, dökük ve pis olduğunu gördük. Hatta 2 odanın kapası kapanmıyordu. Otel yönetiminin gelmesiyle bu odalarda kalınamayacağı görüldü, çok tuhafki bu odaların böyle olduğu otel yönetimi tarafından bilinmiyor. Çöüzm olarak bize villa tipi odalar önerilde ve ikince kez bir fark ödedik, neden iade yapılamaz şekilde rezervasyon yapılmış. Bunuda ok ancak temizlik yapılmış olacak dedik ve ilk gece kaldık, 3. gece otele döndüğümüzde odaların temizlenmediğini ördük, oda servisini aradığımda resepsiyon cevepladı kendilerine ulaşamadığımızı bildirdi. Verdiğim tepki üzerine bize temiz havlular getirildi. Sabah checkout yaparken yönetime neden temizlik yapılmadı dediğimde ise biz 2 günde bir yapıyoruz cevabı bana 'artık pes' dedirtti. Sonuç olarak kesinlikle gidilmemesi gereken bir otel hatta yıldızlarının tamamının iptal edilmesi gereken bir otel. Ha bu arada sunulan kahvaltı ise yine aynı şekilde tek kelime ile berbattı ve ilk günden sonra dışarıda kahvaltı yaptık. Ramada by Whnydam markasına çok ama çok yazık...

Отель очень впечатляет: чисто, дорого, красиво (особенно в холле отеля). Номер чистый, прекрасный вид на море и бассейн, правда в пт и сб музыка очень громкая. Что касается завтрака, то очень много фруктов, бывает неплохая выпечка, но несмотря на огромное количество еды, больше ничего вкусного я не нашла ... не сказала бы что завтрак на 4-5 *. Что касается моря: нет зонтиков и не приносят, также как и мягкие матрасики на лежак (только у бассейна) - делаем вывод, что отель далеко не для пляжного отдыха. Выбор вариантов обеда и ужина очень ограничен на территории отеля, а за пределами тоже ничего. В 2х км есть рыбные ресторанчики и в 10 км Баку, где выбор еды гораздо более привлекательный. Несколько огорчило нас при отъезде, что отказались вызвать нам cab, сославшись на то, что он туда не едет, хотя позже узнали, что это далеко не так, а предложили свое на порядок дороже - не очень приятно именно отношение не угодить клиенту, а получиь свою выгоду. В целом, отель неплохой, но очень и очень спокойный, если не сказать скучный.

Eine wieder !!!
Die benachbarte Diskothek beschallt bis morgens 3 Uhr ! Der Außenpool schließt 9 Uhr und der Innenpool ist nicht benutzbar. Der hat ist das Frühstück - bis 11 Uhr am Wochenende - allerdings ist 9,30 schon alles leer und die Wurst sowie der Käse liegt seit Stunden ohne Kühlung. Der Hinweis auf leere Boxen ist nett aber es interessiert nicht ! Auch nach nachfragen wird nichts aufgefüllt ! Das Hotel ist sein Geld nicht wert und weder für Familienbuch für Geschäftsreisende empfehlenswert.

Der Aufenthalt im Ramada war ins gesamt gut. Ich würde mich nochmals dort aufhalten. Die Angestellte waren sehr freundlich. Drinks und Essen ziemlich teuer. In unserem Zimmer hat das Badezimmer am Morgen etwas gestunken. Das Transport vom Hotel in die Stadt war ein Problem ein Transportmittel vom Hotel bis in die Stadt zu organisieren wäre genial. Das Team hatte keine Ahnung von Events, Konzerte, etc. in der Stadt. Ich hätte lieber etwas aserbaidschanische Musik von hören wollen anstatt englische. Anstelle von DJ hätte ich eine Liste von Herkunftsländer der Hotelgäste genommen und eine Internationale Musik abspielen lassen. ZB. grichisch, türkisch, rissusch, georgisch,... Im Speisesaal fehlen die Kinderstühle.
