Good location but not worth the 5 star
My experience was not at all a 5 star level experience. When i first came, i had to call the housekeeping to change the beddings because it was dirty with pubic hairs both in the sheets and comfort linen. They changed everything with new ones but there was a tear on the linen and the beddings were old - not a 5 star quality! All the facilities - pool, sauna and hamman were closed for maintenance the whole of my 4 days stay and they did not compensate for that. I intentionally booked for a 5 star for these facilities but it was not mentioned in any of the booking sites that it will be closed. They should compensate for it somehow. only the reception staff can speak english. The hotel must train the utility staff how to be hospitable and greet good morning/evening to guests. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. The concierge Taymour was also helpful booking all my tours and even calling me during his day off to ensure that i get to my appointment on time. Overall, hilton hotel must improve their quality control particularly in terms of housekeeping and room cleanliness to ensure that the room has new linens. I noticed that housekeeping does not even wipe the phones and furnitures and clean the toilet bowls. they were always in a hurry to clean. This is a 5 star hotel and must live up to its standards.
