Nice hotel not close to a public beach

Very nice experience the location is excellent The hotel and the room is clean and nice . I loved the gym and the breakfast area on floor 17th . The roof top pool and spa is excellent In general we had a very good experience.

Great breakfast, very comfortable bed, amazing seaside location, only 20 minutes walk to the old city. The staff is nice and helpful, they also take feedback seriously, all of my concerns (only one concern actually) were acted upon very quickly. Unlike many other properties, this hotel offers very nice toiletry and had a decent hair dryer in the room (which as a female traveler I value a lot). I would definitely recommend this hotel for your stay in Baku!

Good location but not worth the 5 star

My experience was not at all a 5 star level experience. When i first came, i had to call the housekeeping to change the beddings because it was dirty with pubic hairs both in the sheets and comfort linen. They changed everything with new ones but there was a tear on the linen and the beddings were old - not a 5 star quality! All the facilities - pool, sauna and hamman were closed for maintenance the whole of my 4 days stay and they did not compensate for that. I intentionally booked for a 5 star for these facilities but it was not mentioned in any of the booking sites that it will be closed. They should compensate for it somehow. only the reception staff can speak english. The hotel must train the utility staff how to be hospitable and greet good morning/evening to guests. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. The concierge Taymour was also helpful booking all my tours and even calling me during his day off to ensure that i get to my appointment on time. Overall, hilton hotel must improve their quality control particularly in terms of housekeeping and room cleanliness to ensure that the room has new linens. I noticed that housekeeping does not even wipe the phones and furnitures and clean the toilet bowls. they were always in a hurry to clean. This is a 5 star hotel and must live up to its standards.

The hotel is nice however the resteraunt are not up to 5 star level. The room is nice but it does not have the modern things that most hotels have now a day such as the electronic do not disturb. Also no free wifi.
