Studio cabin 2/4 people of 25 m² located 500m from the thermal baths, in the heart of the shops, on the 4th floor with elevator, balcony facing West and very beautiful view of the mountain. Very quiet and located at the back of the building.  
  
This studio includes an entrance with kitchenette equipped with oven and microwave, a living room with sofa bed for 2 people, color TV, a sleeping area with a double bed. Shower room with shower and toilet.  
  
The floor is covered with laminate flooring.  
Private covered parking 61\. Shared cellar.  
Pets allowed  
  
Apartment deposit: €250  
Cleaning deposit: €55  
  
Optional services to be paid on site and to be reserved before your arrival:

#### Appartement agréable

Appartement agréable sauf que la chambre est aveugle. Pas de hotte aspirante dans la cuisine d'où une vaisselle un peu "poisseuse". Surface très juste pour 4 personnes. Peu de prises électriques, prévoir multiprises.
