Beautiful old building, very clean and well presented. Staff very helpful when approached and very discreet housekeeping services. Breakfast was of good quality and a very good choice of foods.

This was perfect for our stay. A very nice apartment, with French doors and a balcony wrapped around the corner. We were able to keep the doors open and the shutters closed to stay cool all night. The bathroom was a great size, it was nice to have a full kitchen for our drinks and breakfasts.

Hotel Chelsea is a sweet, small hotel. Location was within walking distance to Torino P.N.
Only complaints or concerns are that it is literally on the tram line and it was quite noisy beginning at 0600 until about 2300. Also the beds were not comfortable—very stiff mattresses.

"Friendly staff, quick check in. Nice and clean room with daily cleaning. Good sweet Italian breakfast with cold meats and eggs. A little bar with drinks at reception, only 3 stops on the tram 4 from Porta Nuova station and same tram goes into the centre in the opposite direction. Great little pizzeria ..."
