We had a great stay here, as we wanted to be close to relatives in Bad Zwischenahn, the location was ideal. Our room was clean and quiet. Most importantly comfy beds. We like the green day approach. Thank to the delightful Frau Sonia who kept the breakfast service tip top.

It’s walking distance to the Main Street where there are quite a few restaurants and shops. It’s clean and very nice.

The hotel is in a quiet area within walking distance to everything you need! Breakfast is brilliant with a great selection. All the staff are friendly and accommodating.

Pleasant hotel in a peaceful setting
We selected this hotel because of its location between the two communities where our relatives reside, and because the list of amenities included air-conditioning. Thankfully, it has been a cool summer in Germany, because there was no air conditioning. Otherwise, this older facility is in good condition and aspects have been updated. My son (age 31) and I (age 66) were probably the youngest guests, but we found this rather sweet! I kind of like knowing that one day when I need it, someone will bring a chair toilet up to my room! The staff were very helpful. Breakfast was good and dinner was delicious. I hope to come back in a few years with my husband, so we, too, can ride our adult tricycles on the streets of Bad Zwischinahn. For active elders, this place rocks!

Great if you are visiting DEEP
I was staying at this hotel on business, due to my attending a course close by. The room was clean, confortable and of a decent size, the rates were resonable and the staff were proficient. There is also free Wi-Fi. All in all I couldn't really fault the hotel, and if I was to visit DEEP again I would be happy tostay there.

The large room with a view over the lake makes it easy to enjoy Bad Zwischenahn. The hotel is well-situated asnd is a good starting point for a walk along the lake. The city centre is just around the corner, with its Christmas market, holds various places for a coffee break. I liked it.

Es war super, dass wir 3 Zimmer nebeneinander haben konnten. Meine Mutter war sehr unruhig und hat mehrfach die MitarbeiterInnen kontaktiert, bevor sie meinen Bruder oder mich angesprochen hat. Sie haben toll und geduldig reagiert und waren sehr hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank 🌺

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich, das Babybett kam auf Nachfrage. Wir waren zu viert. Zwei Erwachsene, zwei Kleinkinder. Dank Innenstadt die wichtigsten Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig zu erreichen. Ebenso ein sehr leckeres Eiscafé und das „Meer“. Einzig und allein die Led der Nachtbeleuchtung an den Betten ist viel zu hell. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich, das Babybett kam auf Nachfrage. Wir waren zu viert. Zwei Erwachsene, zwei Kleinkinder. Dank Innenstadt die wichtigsten Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig zu erreichen. Ebenso ein sehr leckeres Eiscafé und das „Meer“. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet, selbst für Kinder eine sehr gute Auswahl. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und Rückenschonend, und ich bin bei Matratzen sehr sensibel. Einzig und allein die Led der Nachtbeleuchtung an den Betten ist viel zu hell.

Sind auf Geschäftsreise und brauchten kurzfristig eine unterkunft - service und frühstücksbuffet ist super und umfangreich - in unmittelbarer nähe gibts ein schwimmbad toll weil dieses we extrem warm war

Valde bort storstad och lyckades hitta detta hotell beläget i en väldig lugn mindre stad. Välstädat, gratis parkering precis utanför hotellet och trevlig personal. Stort rymligt rum (Royal) med sängar för fyra, matgrupp och soffgrupp. Badrum med både dusch och badkar. En lite lyxig känsla helt enkelt. Badparken, där du går in gratis med av hotellet tillhandahållet Gästekarte, var nog det som avgjorde valet att boka här och det föll verkligen barnen i smaken. Staden i sig erbjuder kanske inte så mycket, vi valde att äta i hotellets restaurang båda kvällarna just av den anledningen.

Gutes Lage, Vorsicht bei der Zimmerauswahl
Grundsätzlich ruhige, aber zum Meer und City fussläufige Lage. Wir hatten leider für unsere einzige Nacht das Pech direkt über dem Eingang und Terrasse unser Zimmer bekommen zu haben. Über Tag sicherlich kein Problem … allerdings um 3:25 Lieferdienst (Bäcker?), 6 Uhr Markise ausgefahren, 6:33 lautes Servicepersonal, 6:45 erste Frühstücksgäste … Ansonsten gutes Frühstück, welches man auf erwähnter Terrasse einnehmen kann. Eher zu hoher Übernachtungspreis.

Das Preis- Leistung Verhältnis stimmt nicht. Zudem war im ﹰRestaurant der Mindestabstand von 150 cm zum ﹰNebentisch teilweise nicht eingehalten. Als besonders merkwürdig empfand ich die ﹰAktion nicht putzen und eine Gutschrift von 5 Euro auf das Zimmerkonto erhalten - in Zeiten von Corona unpassend.

Personal sehr hilfsbereit, saubere Zimmer ,schlechter W-Lan Empfang auf dem Zimmer,gutes Früstück. Zimmer auf der ersten Etage gehabt war laut ab morgens und bis spät Abends wegen der Küche darunter.

Hyggeligt og nærværende
Dejligt lille hotel - velegnet til børnefamilier. En lækker restaurant med både lokale retter samt mere almindelige retter. Høflig og venlig betjening af personale hvoraf flere taler godt, flydende engelsk. Badeparken ved siden af egner sig bedst til varme somre, da vandet ikke er opvarmet. Byen rummer alt hvad hjertet kan begære af specialbutikker og restauranter.
