Die Lage ist gut und der See fußläufig erreichbar. Der Ausblick auf den heruntergekommen Tennisplatz ist nicht optimal. Der Boden ist mit sehr schönem Parkett ausgestattet, aber leider komplett mit Teppichen und Fußabstreifern abgedeckt. Dadurch geht der Charme etwas verloren. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung ist auch gut. ##### Hannes B. ---
