Good Hotel with perfect location
Room located right on the main road, could not sleep as too much noise of vehicles and ambulances passing by. At check out I was told I need to pay for parking for the days of my stay which the website stated free parking

It’s Ok for staying 1-2 night
With same price i could get better hotel in München. It was Ok for short trip, but if have more budget please seek another hotel. No amenities, the room was so small and dark. Looks so old.

Very basic rooms and very cramped, noise on Saturday night was terrible from other guests and no staff did anything, went on for an hour at 3am !!!!

Ibis Every Time
I normally stay at the Ibis in Paderborn 2 or 3 times a year. It is just a couple of minutes walk into the town centre via Kissau and has bars/restaurants in the area. Hotel has private car park for €6 per night and even underground secure car park if requested. I travelled by motorcycle for this visit and was able to use the underground car park. Standard of hygiene and staff service is absolutely excellent. Breakfast can be purchased at €11 but I personally prefer to walk into town and chose from many different cafes & bars etc. My favourite is the Deutsche Haus literally across the road on Kissau. No doubt there may be 'better' hotels in Paderborn but I doubt any could match the quality and value of the Ibis. I have booked again for December with my family. As far as I'm concerned, whenever I visit Paderborn it's a Ibis every time.

This was my first visit (1 week hol) to the hotel. The hotel is located on Paderborn's main ring road, traffic very heavy all day & into the night noisy too. The hotel staff are very slow to serve you. The rooms are quite small but very clean.

Great location.
Great hotel in a fantastic location. The bed was very comfortable, as was the room in general. We enjoyed the breakfast, which had a good range of options. The only problem we had was the room had no air conditioning, and the noise outside ruled out opening the window, so in the hot weather we had, we lost some sleep.

I booked this hotel because all others in downtown Paderborn were full. When I arrived the room reeked of smoke (non-smoking room) and there were boogers in the sink. I called the front desk to ask for another room, but nothing was available. They offered to come in and "spray something" but were not able to help otherwise. The bed seemed clean, but was basically a futon mattress with an extra pad on top.

Paderborn visit
Staff spoke English and that was really great as it made communication easy. Room was tidy - provision was basic - no tea and/or coffee in the rooms which meant you had to go down to get it - not very convenient. No room service - again it meant you had to go to reception to get things. Staff were friendly and helpful. Will still go again as it was centralised.

Lovely stay as always. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast plentiful, fresh and lovely. Rooms clean and cover all basic needs. Free Wi-Fi. The only downside is that there is no air conditioning which is needed in the summer heat

Was visiting family and stayed for 1 night. it was a fuss free check in and out. the room was clean and simple. but for the price i paid, i was not expecting it to be luxurious anyway. the good thing is there is free wifi in the room which makes it convenient.

recommendation is good
we were visiting our daughter and we went sightseeing and hired a car so the car park was very good addition to the hotel facilities. The seating was small/tightly packed in the bedroom but bathroom good and very clean. The location in Paderborn was very good, close to bus stops and only short walk into main shops with bars/cafes and restaurants/parks. The staff were excellent when we needed to use the computer to print out our boarding passes after checking in on-line and there was no charge! we were able to leave our luggage behind the desk at any time and all staff were friendly and spoke good english. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family too.

The décor of the hotel looked a little tired but the rooms were clean. Staff were very helpful; we needed an extra bed making up and this was done quickly. Functional hotel but that's all we wanted.

Booked twin room believing this tp be 2 seperate single beds devided by bedside cabinets and space between. No such thing. They believe that 2 beds pushed together having a single quilt each makes it a twon bed room. Don't go there of you don't want to get cosy with whom ever you intent to share the room. Hardly any space to move/turn round. However, the night reception person was great at his job checking us in and serving food and drinks. But wont use this hotel again On any of pour future visits.
