Beautiful ground floor apartment, 1 km from the Römerbad thermal baths and the Kaiserburg cable car. Warm and cozy thanks to the extensive use of natural wood. A double bedroom, one with 3 single beds, a bathroom with tub, a toilet with washing machine, bright and sunny living room and kitchen with oven and dishwasher. Outdoor area and small garden. Two parking spaces in the garage and secured storage space for sports equipment and bikes. Skibus stop 50 m from house door.

Klasse Wohnung mit viel Holz, Neuwertig
Diese Wohnung war für unsere (2 Erwachsene, 2 14-jährige Mädchen) Bedürfnisse perfekt. In Google Maps nachgemessene 200 m zum Skibus und 190 m zur sehr gut gepflegten Loipe waren super. Das Auto stand auf einem der beiden zur Wohnung gehörenden Tiefgaragenplätze, die Skier im eigenen abschließbaren Verschlag vor dem Auto. Von der TG ständig unter Dach eine Treppe hinauf, schon waren wir in der Wohnung.
Diese übererfüllte unsere Erwartungen. Alles hochwertig mit Einbauschränken aus Vollholz ausgestattet, jeder Platz wurde genutzt. Separates WC und Bad mit Badewanne, zweitem WC, Waschtisch und Bidet waren prima.
Im Kinderzimmer sind drei Betten vorhanden, ein viertes Notbett könnte unter einem Bett herausgezogen werden.
Das Elternschlafzimmer ist ebenfalls großzügig mit Einbauschränken ausgestattet. Sie viel kann man gar nicht mitnehmen. Matratzen und Kissen sind angenehm nicht zu weich.
Küche ist mit hoher Kühl- / Gefrierkombination, Herd mit Umluft, Ceranfeld, (schmaler) Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, prima Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher vollständig ausgestattet.
Die Menge an zweckmäßigem (IKEA-)Geschirr, Gläsern und Besteck sind für die doppelte Bewohneranzahl ausgelegt. Vom Wohn-/Essbereich hat man einen freien Blick auf den Skiberg Kaiserburg mit Umlaufgondel. Mittags scheint von dort die Sonne genau in das Wohnzimmer. Kostenloses WLAN gibt es auch. Die Wohnung lässt sich mit den vorhandenen Elektroheizgeräten schnell aufheizen.
Deshalb geben wir der Wohnung in allen Punkten fünf Sterne. Zwei kleine Defizite möchten wir nicht vorenthalten:
Der Schlüsseltaster für das Rolltor der TG steht kurz nach der Straße im Freien. Bei tiefen Minustemperaturen war das Schloss beständig eingefroren, so dass man durch das Treppenhaus flitzen musste, um von innen den Taster zu betätigen. Ich vermute, dass die festen Bewohner der Appartements einen Funksender für das Rolltor besitzen, so dass ihnen es gar nicht auffällt.
Dann wurde an den Armaturen im Bad gespart. Sie sind nicht wärmeisoliert. Wenn man sich ein heißes Bad einlässt oder heißes Wasser nachlaufen lässt, dann wird die Armatur so heiß, dass man sich daran Verbrennungen an der Haut zuziehen kann. Das heiße Wasser kommt wirklich sehr heiß aus dem Hahn, was eigentlich positiv ist.
