Appartement heeft 2 kamers en een badkamer. Je verblijft op de boederij, met koeien, paarden, eenden, kippen, cavia's en enkele honden, maar geen last van gehad. Wel veel vliegen, maar dat was te verwachten. Meubilair is gedateerd, maar wel schoon en netjes. Kleine keuken die geheel is voorzien van gerei. Boederij ligt op een prachtige locatie, afgelegen maar de verhuurders hadden goeie instructies gemaild vooraf. In de omgeving is veel te doen. Wij reden een uur toe naar toeristische plekken zoals Köningsee, Salzburg en Berchtesgaden. Dichterbij bevindt zich de Simsee - dat een goeie aanligplek heeft - en de Chiemsee - waar je een paleis kan bezoeken.
