Great value as other properties were much more expensive. Rooms are very small but who needs to spend time in a room in Barcelona? I appreciate the included breakfast. Looks like newly renovated bathroom. Downside was noise from street below. Great location.

Hotel California is right off La Rambla. Very walkable with easy transportation to see the various neighborhoods in Barcelona. The staff are angel’s with good vibes. We enjoyed our stay and felt very comfortable. We would stay again!

The loveliest front desk associate helped us with our check in and was very helpful when we checked out. He called a taxi for us (4 adults and a baby) to take us straight to the airport. He had a great sense of humour and was very accommodating when we had arrived earlier than our check in time.
