"The hotel was excellent in every way — beautiful property, great service, and wonderful rooms. However, I had an unpleasant experience at the multi-cuisine restaurant. I saw a guest pick up a lime from the buffet, squeeze it into his mouth several times, and put it back. Staff saw this too, but despite confronting him, they still allowed him to remain and continue dining. This was very disappointing and makes me question the hotel’s commitment to hygiene. "Brand new hotel in an area difficult to access due to construction on the nearby main road. Staff was delightful and very helpful but didn’t speak much English and required translation by Assamese-speaker. Food was very good and dining area was beautiful. "
