"Nice hotel, close to the beach. Staff good overall"
Breakfast excellent, pool ok, Beach access lovely. Very clean hotel, staff overall very nice , willing to help, etc. Rom good, although not much choice of channels on TV. Entertainment ok, gym rubbish, food nice. Portions good and tasty. Close enough to the main action in town, but very quiet where it is.
We didn't get off to the best start with the hotel but it won us over in the end. We'd booked a junior suite as the description & photos on the hotel website promised refurbished rooms with a partition between the kids bunk room and our room, which is what we look for when travelling with our 5 and 7 year old daughters. However on arrival the room was just a very dated regular room with bunk beds on one wall. Not at all satisfactory. We had to keep that room for the first night as the hotel was full and we'd arrived late, but the reservations manager did what he could to move us the next day. He explained that there are 4 types of junior suite and the room we had been given was classified as one of these. However it was not a patch on the one the website shows. We were only on a 3 day break but managed to get a queen suite for the next 2 nights and this room was much better. The hotel is huge and I think that makes it hard to have a 5 star experience - for example, the main dining room can only feel like a chaotic canteen. Service varies with the staff and is not consistent. However pool area and beach are amazing for young kids - clean, safe and the water slides are a big hit. Really great. Enjoyed the yoga and evening entertainment and had super lunches at the Vala tavern by the pool. Hotel has a lot of positives but you need to be careful what room you get (be sure to check in advance - don't just go off the website) and expect it to be busy and bustling and a good 4 star.
Very impressed by breakfast, very kind and helpful staff, clean and very confortable rooms. Very relaxed environment around the pool, highlights were the in pool free fruit souvlaki and smoothie shots. Only critisism is that the pool can get crowded in peak season, but that's just being very picky

Overlooking Ayia Napa’s Grecian beach, this modern hotel is 500 metres from the resort’s restaurants, shopping and nightlife …More
Every member of staff was extreamly helpful and polite and all times and where keen to make my stay as enjoyable as possible. The Hotel itself is clean and modern and perfectly situated next to a lovely beach. If i did go back to Ayia Napa I would be more than happy to stay here again.
we were 4 people, 2 couples, we stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. Its a very nice facility with a garden and a pool , the entrance is very relaxing and its close to Nissi beach just a 5 min walk. it is also near a bus station that can take you to the Ayia Napa center. so we found the location to be very good. The only downside is the bathrooms are a bit small with no toiletries.
Were there 4-14 May. Clean, good planned, entertained, the location is quite good, because of vicinity to beach, center and restaurants, but was really noisy in rooms till 3am, because of Ayia Napa Fun Park.
Free WI-FI, but actually it didn't work at all in room till 10 of May, and then it seemed like boosted. Nobody from staff could explain.
Once a sleepy fishing village, Ayia Napa is now one of Cyprus’ liveliest beach resorts. Some beaches draw partying young people; others cater to families. The locus of Ayia Napa’s nightlife is The Square, where clubs stay hopping till dawn. The Cape Greco headland, a short drive from town, is said to be the home of the legendary Avia Napa Sea Monster.
