Recently stayed at the Napa Prince for 4 nights, hotel staff were extremely friendly and always had a smile on there faces no matter what hour of the day or night! Excellent location only a 10 minute walk from the main square. Rooms were very spacious with large balcony and were cleaned daily! Only issues were with the air con charges of 8 euros a day!

The Napa Prince Hotel offers charming family-run serviced apartments at cheap prices in Ayia Napa located just 5 minutes …More
Florea Hotel Apartments is a nice facility, located walking distance to downtown. The facility is perfect for extended stays in Ayia Napa as their are basic cooking facilities and a fridge in each of the rooms. It is certainly not a luxury resort, but the rooms are comfortable and clean.
We were a group of 10 people.
The experience at the hotel was amazing, the staff is very helpful and friendly. the rooms are super clean but you need to ask for continuous cleaning and towels (if you need). the apartments were close to everywhere, literally.
Pubs, restaurants, beaches, shops ... everything was a second away.
True, that the apartment is next to the famous after party pub Reggie Veggie, ye't we wasn't bored by the sound.
the hotel is totally renovated and I recommend it to stay it during your trip to Ayia Napa
Have stayed here a few times , couple of days at a time , good location few minutes walk to bar area , 10 to 15 walk to harbour and beaches , not the most luxurious of places but for what you pay it is more than fair , rooms are of a good size with , adequate kitchen area , showers are decent enough with plenty hot water , great staff decent prices at the bar
It was great arriving so late at night to find complimentary red wine, water and some snacks for us, we also got more snacks in our fridge mid way through our stay too! Great location next to harbour & at the end of the strip...literally 2 min walk to first shops and tavernas. Room extremely clean, the hotel is the equivalent of a premier Inn or holiday in. Great room overlooking harbour with huge balcony and sunbeds to lay out and catch the sun! Right next to where all the boat trips leave. Great that the hotel is not on the strip so you can get a good night's sleep. Beds super comfy...slept a treat. Food okay...We went half board, breakfast awful and not worth it, had it one morning then didn't bother, each night is different theme night which provides variety, expect some form of pasta every night, if you don't like spicy food don't go to Mexican night and Asian night is limited too. I think it's better to eat out or eat from their restaurant menu however Cyprus is expensive for food. Limanaki done great cocktails at reasonable prices too. There isn't really much to do at the hotel but you are in Ayia Napa so that didn't bother us. Staff very friendly and would return. Hotel provide shampoo, shower gel and toothbrushes. They say they charge for Internet however you can get codes from your waiters to use, they last approx 2hrs each and most local tavernas provide free wifi too. Magic show terrible but kids would enjoy. Enjoyed our stay very much.
Once a sleepy fishing village, Ayia Napa is now one of Cyprus’ liveliest beach resorts. Some beaches draw partying young people; others cater to families. The locus of Ayia Napa’s nightlife is The Square, where clubs stay hopping till dawn. The Cape Greco headland, a short drive from town, is said to be the home of the legendary Avia Napa Sea Monster.
