The hotel was nice and upgrade great. However, there is no AC on the hotel , they told us they only had heater. We had to sleep with the windows open and it was very hot. This is not acceptable, regardless of any upgrade

I travelled to more than 30 countries and states, never i had to stay in a room without a window even to bad views, in this room it was like a jail room.
