Beautiful spot on the Mont
So fun to stay at Les Terraces. Clean. Quaint. Updated furnishings. Beautiful view. Loved our stay. There are LOTS of steps to our room. These were a bit of an obstacle for my 83-year old mother. She made it up them but be aware of the Mont and the possibility of climbing lots of stairs.

This was a charming, unique hotel with incredible bay views from our window and a parge bathroom. The room itself was a little cozy, but understandable for the historic nature of the buildings and we were happy there. The front desk staff are wonderful as is the breakfast. The best treat was walking around the neighborhood after all the visitors left after sunset. Its so quiet and serene, almost eerie. I would love to be back.

The hotel was very easy access, staff were extremely helpful. The room we were in was perfect for 3 adults, bathroom had lots of hot water. Good value for the money as half board with excellent dinner! The only downside was the view out of the windows were of a pool of water on a flat roof where staff had their breaks. It was noisy at night due to cleaning of the streets and rubbish collection.

Of course a wonderful place to be, especially when most tourists are gone, dawn, sunset. Very friendly staff. Excellent restaurant from same company close by (mere de Poulard). Room rather basic but ok.

Best location in the town.
Great location right as you enter main city. Very friendly and helpful staff. It was realy nice to stay within Mount St Michael. The breakfast was great too!

SAFETY ISSUE: Balcony wood unsafe and rotten. Phone missing from room. Carpet colour very bad and looks like mould. I think there was a lamp that didn't work.

Property was in a convenient location. Room was a good size but not as clean nor did it have the basic amenities such as hair conditioner, shower cap etc. the smell in the bathroom was terrible.

Good breakfast. Next time I would stay in the main hotel and not the annex. Too many stairs to the annex rooms. The room was also very hot and when we opened the windows the bugs swarmed in and bit us.

It’s definitely worth staying overnight! It’s such an experience once most tourists are gone! Really takes you back in time. The location was great and the room was very comfortable! The staff was friendly and very accommodating!

A lovely room with astounding Bay views from the Mont. Three single beds suited us perfectly, and the tub worked great. Perfectly situated just steps inside the gates of the Mont so we didn’t have to lug our baggage car. The staff were helpful and friendly. Only negative were the large number of flies in the room (my son killed about 20 of them in about 10 minutes!). Otherwise, a perfect stay, and breakfast was included.

Building was located a few flights of stairs above reception area. Room was located additional 4 flights up once in the building. TV didn't work (no biggie). Sewer gas smell in bathroom area. Roof windows look over the area. Glass was filthy, so view was limited.

Very close to entrance of the island. Rooms on rue Grand hear the carts moving in supplies starting at 4 AM - a medieval factor!

The street view was great. The breakfast was excellent, and the Lady manager had a smile a mile wide and a heart even wider! Yes, there are stairs, but mt st michel IS stairs! Perhaps even more than the temples of Tikal!,!!
