"The listing described the accommodations as a bed and a pull-out couch. When we arrived, we found that instead of a pull-out couch, there was only a small futon, which did not adequately accommodate our two guests. Because of this, we ultimately had to find another place to stay. The woman who managed the property was very nice, responsive, and accommodating, but unfortunately she wasn’t able to provide the sleeping arrangements we needed for our two-guest check-in.I do feel the listing...

"The door didn't lock when I arrived; I had to wait to lock my stuff safely, and it took 3 hrs (8:30 p.m.). Everything was wet because the humidifier wasn't on. Couldn't use the couch or chair because it was gross! The couch cushions had what looked like blood on them... I didn't even touch it, and I couldn't use half of the place I rented. The stove had long blonde hair on it, and I have black hair. The bedroom AC was like sleeping next to a jet engine. The floor was dirty/sandy. Almost all...
