"We’ve been coming to Hatteras Island for many years and this has been one of our favorite properties! When we arrived the condo was spotless and the check-in process was seamless. Dan was great with communication also! We had a couple questions while there and he responded within minutes and never made us feel as though we were a bother. If you enjoy beautiful sunsets the island has to offer, you will be thrilled to know that this location is PERFECT! The convenience of this location was also a major plus as it is within walking distance to several of our favorite places. Dan even has a list of his favorite restaurants on the fridge which helped us in deciding where our next meal would be when we were indecisive. I would like to add that the cherry on top for us wasn’t the kayaks or even the pool access. It was the neighbors! They were so friendly and always made a point to say hello in passing. We look forward to staying at this property again if the opportunity presents itself!"
