We had very good trip to the Avoca/Hornell area. The home was clean and comfortable and the owner was responsive to messages throughout our stay. This is a good place for 5 to 8 people. It is very large and there is a lot of room to spread out.

The property was very large with some unusual rooms. Large kitchen and two dining rooms were great for our group of nine ranging in age from 10 - 83\. The kitchen didn't have a toaster and we were not aware that the coffee maker was only a Keurig type.
