"Shower and ceiling were poorly patched. AC stunk. Couldn’t leave it on more than a few minutes. Key didn’t work in the first room and tv didn’t work in the second room. In poor condition in general. "

"There was no trash can in the room. The toilet paper holder was broken. Leaving one day I walked past a group of people doing drugs in the outside stairs while they had children there. The fridge froze my food. Not a good place to stay. "

"We stayed at the house with our adult children and grandkids ages 2, 4, and 8. We had a wonderful time. The house has a pool with in ground hot tub, game room in the garage. Charles even had a high chair and portable crib for my grandson. The house is close to Legoland, the beach and 1 hr away from whale watching. The beds are so comfortable. Thank you!!! Charles we had a great time at your home."

"The casita was the perfect spot for our getaway to Vista. The place was clean and just as expected. There was even chocolate chip and walnut banana bread. The backyard is cute and we saw tons of hummingbirds. We were in town to go to the breweries in North County and this spot was perfectly located for that! It was a great stay. I can’t recommend it enough!"

"Perfect home. A lot of space. It was perfect for our large family of 4 adults and 4 children. The rooms downstairs allowed for separation so we didn’t feel on top of each other. "

"The accommodations were very nice, it was really clean with a private entrance, beautiful yard with nice flowers and a cute dog. The owner communicates quickly and everything was easy and comfortable. My only rating that wasn’t 5 star is not because the owner but rather the listing online offered one price then it changed to a higher price when I pulled it up the next day to book but it was still a great price"
