Includes: 1 bedroom with bed for 2 persons, 1 small room for child with bunk bed (possibility also for adults), room of water with Wc. Cupboard, Living dining room with open kitchen.
Equipment: dishwasher, washing machine, microwave / grill, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, plancha, TVs with free WIFI, air conditioning, mosquito net, iron and ironing board, children's game and books available.
Terrace 16 m2 with garden furniture, parasol. Local for bike.
Reserved parking space in the yard. Independent access.
The owner lives in a part of the house.
Location: Located 10 minutes from the Avignon toll north or south, and 30 minutes tgv station.
Convenience: shops, bakeries, early, press tobacco, pharmacy, bank 8 minutes walk. Municipal swimming pool 5 minutes walk.

Un havre de paix au coin du cèdre
Séjour parfait dans un appartement au calme, et au frais (nous n’avons même pas eu besoin d’utiliser la climatisation). La propriétaire est très arrangeante et aux petits soins pour ses vacanciers. Merci encore pour votre accueil !

TRES BONNE LOCATION A AVIGNON
Nous avons été très bien accueillis par la propriétaire très agréable . Le logement est parfait et propre. Il bénéficie en outre d'un jardin et d'une terrasse où on peut profiter du moment et admirer sur la droite un cèdre magnifique de quelques centaines d'année. La propriétaire est originaire de Montfavet et donc renseigne très bien sur les endroits à visiter et donne de bons conseils tout en se montrant discrète quand il le faut pour ne pas déranger ses hôtes. Nous avons passé un bon séjour et nous recommandons cette location au calme mais proche des centres d'intérêts de la région. Vincent LABAT
