Quiet area & panoramic views The property lies in south-central Umbria 5 kms from the village of Melezzole and 6 from Castel dell'Aquila (20 kms southern of Todi). It lies in a hilly and quiet location with panoramic view. The property features 2 houses (distance between the two houses 10 meters) a 10x5 meter pool and a garden. All for your private use, so the holiday makers will have 100% privacy. The terrace in front of the house is covered by a gazebo and has table chairs to eat outdoor. The biggest house is suitable for up to 7 persons. On the ground floor there is a kitchen (fridge/freezer, dishwasher,oven,microwave,coffee machine) with table and chairs for 7, a bedroom with double bed and nearby bathroom with toilet/shower, a bedroom with 2 single bed and ensuite toilet. On the first floor there is a bedroom with double bed and child bed and a bathroom with shower and toilet. All rooms have air conditioning. The second house is suitalble for max 5 persons. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedrooms has a double bed and en-suite bathroom, it's possible to add a cot. The second room has two single beds, can be joined if the holiday makers need 2 double bedrooms. Both bedrooms have air conditioning. There are mosquito nets on all the windows. The 5th sleep is a sofa bed in the living room. In front of the house there is a large covered terrace with great panoramic views and it overlooks the pool. The terrace is equipped with tables & chairs for 12 persons. There is a barbecue at disposition to cook. The gazebo near the pool equipped with table and chairs, there are sun loungers around the pool. Baker, butcher and a little grocery store are available in the village of Melezzole. In the village of Castel dell'Aquila (6 km) the following shops are available: 1 supermarket, 2 small grocery shops, a baker, pharmacy and 2 bars. More stores are available in the towns of Avigliano Umbro (8.5 km) and Amelia (20 km). The restaurant Semiramide is 2,5 kms from the property (just outside the village of Melezzole). Bis man zu einem Geschäft kommt, fährt man ca. 15 Minuten. Der Ausblick ist aber dafür traumhaft.Wir waren ein wenig über den Zustand des Anwesens schockiert. Es ist ziemlich dreckig. Von Glassplitter im Garten, zu Dreck am Boden im Haus. Im größeren Haus hat es Nachts reingeregnet. Die Bilder hier entsprechen auch nicht dem jetzigen Stand. Es ist kein grünes Gras vorhanden. Nur Unkraut. Vom Inventar fehlt sehr viel. Zu wenig Besteck usw. Die Dame vor Ort, die sich um alles gekümmert hat, spricht nur italienisch. We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad. Huizen zijn van alle gemakken voorzien. Airco’s maakten het zeer aangenaam. Het zwembad was heerlijk en het uitzicht echt adembenemend.
