Wood burning stove (wood available to buy at the hardware store located nearby), TV with Freeview, breakfast bar with 4 stools, electric oven and hob, electric kettle, toaster, washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, tassimo coffee maker, cafetiere, plenty kitchenware. Access to balcony with views over the main street.

Bedroom1: double bed, bedside unit with light, wardrobe, mirror.

Bedroom2: 2 bunk beds (Adult size 200cm), wardrobe, chest of drawers.

Bathroom: Bath with mains shower, wash hand basin and toilet.

Ample parking outside the apartment.

Zentrale Lage
Die Wohnung ist sauber, funktional und modern. War alles da was man benötigt. Die Lage für uns war etwas zu zentral. Wir hätten lieber mehr Natur um uns herum gehabt. Teilweise wurden bereits morgens um sechs Anlieferungen durchgeführt. Aber ansonsten super Wohnung.

Apparemment ideal pour famille de 5-6 personnes
Lieux ideal pour aller randonner dans le parc national, Voir se rendre à la station de ski en hiver pour ceux qui voudraient en profiter en hiver. Appartement bien aménagé et spacieux. Cuisine bien conçue pour pouvoir preparer de vrai repas pour une famille complète. Commerces situés à proximité. Quelques menues reparations (liees à des dégradations de locataires peux scrupuleux : prises elec, abajour endommagés) sont à prevoir pour que tout soit sans reproche pour la prochaine saison.

Central, well-appointed, but a bit noisy.
In the very centre of Aviemore, on the main road, above some shops and a bar, so quite noisy, loud music from bar until midnight. Flat was very well-appointed, modern and clean, balcony a bit derelict. Good location if you want to be near public transport and supermarkets, just 10 minutes away from peace and quiet and idyllic spots if you want. Would recommend it.
