Hotel is lovely, on arrival you get to choose your room from a selection. Rooms are quirky and different to anything I have stayed in before. We chose a Zen room which was all black, it was great. Bathroom was lovely big shower and a huge bath, Bed is super comfy! The mini bar and room service are very expensive at the back of the hotel around a 5 min walk there is a mini-market. Breakfast wasn’t included and was 22 euros each which is crazy, we were there 2 nights which would of worked out at 88 euros (£66) you can get a lot more for your money if you travel into the centre.
Hotel is a taxi ride to the centre of Madrid around 10 euros, you can catch public transport nearby but we didn’t bother, we did walk which took around 40 mins.
All in all a lovely hotel and would defiantly visit again.
Excellent hotel, nothing too much trouble for staff. We hired a car to get from the airport but what a waste. The metro system is so good in Madrid and there is a station on the doorstep.
We didn't take advantage of the breakfast but we did have a coffee with small pastry every morning for €2. We used the restaurant which was very quiet, lovely food and very good value for money.
The hotel was comfortable and clean. Will be returning.

On arrival we were upgraded to family rooms consisting of small kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a large terrace. Comfortable, clean, spacious rooms with good facilities. English speaking helpful staff. This isn't a city centre location but it's only a 2 minute walk to the metro. Lots of shops, bars and cafes all within a few hundred metres of the hotel. Nice, basic hotel.
For the price this hotel was great. It had a full size bed, single bed and a futon/couch. All were very comfortable and the decor was nice. It's small, but sufficient if you're only going to be there at night. It is about a 3 minute walk to the metro and many stores nearby. I only met one person from the hotel staff and she was helpful... but from what i saw there wasn't ever anyone at the reception desk. (not a problem since they have necessary numbers listed. just FYI). When i have guests in town I'll definitely recommend that they stay here.
It's about 25 minutes from sol on the metro (one transfer). 2 minutes from avenida de america, which connects to 3 other metro lines and the airport bus.
Avenida de America is an avenue running west from the airport to the Avenida de America Metro Station. From the metro station, it is a 15-minute ride to the airport and a 10-minute ride to Madrid city centre. “Avenida America” also refers to Madrid’s bustling business district, spanning the area along the avenue from the metro station to Calle de Arturo Soria.
