Beautifully Remodeled Premium Ocean View Condo with Fireplace and Golf Cart!

Golf cart included! Come stay in paradise and treat yourself to this premium, corner condo in Hamilton Cove with jaw-dropping ocean views from its massive balcony! Our place is drenched in natural sunlight due to having rare corner windows, three sets of dual French doors with glass which deliver stunning ocean views from every window, and the dining area with wraparound bay windows. Wake up to some of the most beautiful sunrises you can imagine, sip your morning coffee from our new Cuisinart coffee center, and watch for pods of dolphins swimming along the ocean below. Your vacation stay includes our entire condo to yourself (a spacious bedroom, huge open concept living room with wooden beamed ceilings, the bonus corner niche room with daybed and trundle (no door), a well-stocked kitchen, dining room, a sumptuous bath with tub, shower, dual sinks, and a separate toilet room. Just added are two brand new, 2023 LG smart TVs — 65” in the living room and 55” in the bedroom, business-class 5G WiFi, and 4-seat golf cart! We do have a full-sized washer and dryer in a laundry closet that is dedicated to our condo and not shared. Hamilton Cove is a gorgeous resort community whose oceanfront location offers a pool, spa, fitness facilities, two saunas, Hamilton Cove beach, 18-hole mini golf, tennis courts, a kids' playground, beach volleyball courts, and outdoor grills. There is free dedicated parking in an exclusive use parking space on the top road and the closest parking spot you can come to from the condo. Some condos have golf cart parking at the base of the community, but ours is about five feet from the stairway, so ultra convenient. Floor plan: the condo opens to an entry hallway with spacious bathroom with shower, soaking tub and dual sinks to the right. On the left is a beautiful bedroom with King bed, new 680-thread count sheets, pillow cases and pillows, dual nightstands and large dresser. The mirrored wardrobe closet features lots of storage and there's a 2023 LG smart TV with streaming services. Directly ahead is a very spacious living room which opens to the ocean with large view windows, three sets of French doors with glass, and bay windows which enclose the dining area. Please note: Hamilton Cove’s Homeowner’s Association no longer allows guests to invite guests during the day unless they are included in the reservation sent to the guard station. Presently, our vacation rental license allows for a maximum of 4 guests, unless the fifth guest is an infant (12 months or younger.) If you have more than 4 in your party, message Host about our sister property which is also a corner condo with amazing views, as there’s a possibility of renting both condos for the same dates.

We came with our two young kids for a end-of-summer getaway and this property was absolutely perfect. Peaceful, amazing views, close to the beach club and the golf cart was KEY. We will definitely book this property next time we visit the island.

This was a great place to stay. The property was nice, clean and had a great view. Communication with the property management company was quick and prompt. We had one small issue with the front door lock being very touchy, but it didnt distract from our stay.

We had coffee every morning while taking in the stunningly beautiful sunrise view. In the evening we BBQd dinner and enjoyed the sounds of the ocean. The unit was decorated throughout with adorable sea life decor which added to the experience. If you desire a quiet, relaxing, beautiful getaway this is the place!

Lisa was a wonderful host - great communication. The condo was as described, the view is breath taking. Our family enjoyed the comforts of home and all the amazing amenities (pool, hot tub, golf, tennis and the golf cart). The condo is well stocked which allowed us to cook all our meals (the grocery store is close by). We hope to book this condo again, we had an amazing stay!

We love staying in these condos! This was a great one. Good layout of the rooms, both of our kids had their own area to sleep in. Patio was awesome, as always (could have used one more tall chair). Had everything you need to enjoy the amenities of the property. Beach stuff, mini golf, tennis rackets and balls… we had a blast!

Gorgeous gorgeous gorgeous ! The view from the balcony is insane. The included golf cart is the only way to experience the island. Spacious and has everything you need. We didn’t use the amenities in the complex but we will next time!! Best place to stay on the island - worth paying a bit more.

Husband and I celebrated our 17yr wedding anniversary here in June. It was our first time at Catalina Island and we absolutely fell in-love with this place. The villa was very spacious for two people and the balcony view was beautiful. We didn't have to leave for dining, we had all of our meals in our villa. The golf cart was fun to ride around town and shop for groceries. Be prepared to climb a lot of steps, although we didn't mind the exercise. Will definitely be returning next year with the kids!!

My husband, 2 sons and I had an amazing time. The property was clean and accommodated all of our needs. The view is breathtaking! We had never stayed at Hamilton Cove before and we will definitely be back. There were some hiccups with VRBO but not with the Lisa, the owner, at all. She was extremely helpful and always available to answer any questions. Working with Lisa made it all that much more of a wonderful experience. She has a gem of a property!

Open the front door and the blue ocean is in view ! This island paradise condo is truly a respite from day to day living. Abundant amenities and a golf cart to use for scooting around to and from Avalon. Need to climb steps in this complex but oh so worthy.

Property was as described. You can't beat the view from the condo living/dining area and the balcony. There are quite a few stairs, so you do have to be mobile and ready to walk up and down to/from the condo (but we knew this before going). Very peaceful up there. The golf cart was a good addition. Owner was communicative; Quick and easy communication. Only issue for me was that not everything looked clean or could have used an update (like the stove which was worn or dirty - we weren't planning to cook anyway so it didn't matter to us); the bathroom is large but one of the sinks had noticeable rust around the water handles at the base( It was useable just not pleasing to the eye); dirty dripping on the kitchen wall; 2 coffee pots (one Keurig style) and one regular- nice and appreciated (bring your own coffee as there is not any to get you started, lol). Overall we had a positive experience at Hamilton Cove. Thank you.

My husband and I spend four wonderful nights at Lisa's unit at Hamilton Cove. The view was wonderful - truly 180 degrees of ocean. We saw a pod of dolphins frolicking after a boat one day from the balcony. It was very peaceful and quiet at Hamilton Cove when we were there, midweek before Memorial Day. I don't think we heard any noise at all from the unit. The gym was open, and well outfitted for both free weights and cardio. Lisa's unit was 50 steps down from the top, which took it away from any minor road noise, and 120 steps to the pool/gym area. Building 1 was close to the entrance to the community and made zipping around with the golf cart quick and easy. I think it is the perfect location in Hamilton Cove. Getting there was easy with the ferry and a cab to the unit. Avalon was lovely, lots of cute shops and restaurants. There is a well stocked Von's in town. We had a lovely relaxing break away from everything. We can't wait to return. Thanks Lisa for making your beautiful unit available to us!

This property is amazing. The views are beyond gorgeous. French doors open up to the sea and a patio with table and chairs to sit at and enjoy the spectacular ocean views. The unit was clean and roomy. It offered a bedroom, daybed with trundle and a couch bed. Perfect for a family of 4. All the amenities we needed in the kitchen were there. There was even a bbq on the patio. Lisa was amazing. Her directions to the unit and communication while we were there were great! She even mentioned the front door lock and it’s unique quirk for getting it open. So helpful. This unit is about 40 or so stairs from the road where you’ll find a golf cart to use during your stay. It was so convenient to have this available. There is a closet of beach toys, miniature golf clubs and tennis rackets and more. We enjoyed all the amenities Hamilton Cove had to offer. Gloria the cleaner was also awesome. We met her as we arrived. She left extra blankets and towels for our stay. The town of Avalon is a short golf cart drive away. The unit amazing. Lisa was awesome. We will definitely be back! Thank you!
