Everyone can enjoy time together in this spacious open floor plan, whether relaxing on the large and luxurious sectional in the main living room, or from the kitchen and dining area for your favorite meals and snacks.

The well-equipped kitchen offers all stainless steel appliances and everything you need. The dining area with seating for 6 includes very comfy dining chairs. Upstairs you'll find the primary King bedroom with ensuite bath, including walk-in shower and soaking tub. The 2nd bedroom with 2 twin beds has access to the shared 2nd full bathroom. Both bedrooms feature Smart TVS and the additional bonus game room in the loft, which includes a queen sleeper sofa.

Step outside the back patio into a screen porch with ample seating, and the large backyard with exterior dining area. The property is within walking distance to 250+ of Austin best venues and restaurants, Zilker Park, ACL/SXSW, and the Lake, this home has it all.
