This recently revamped 3-bedroom, 1-bath home brings you right into the heart of Austin’s iconic vibe. Located on North Lamar Blvd, you’re just 6 minutes from the legendary Stiles Switch BBQ, 11 minutes from the trendy Triangle District, and a short 14-minute drive to downtown, the Texas Capitol, and the Moody Center! With a cowboy pool to cool off, a game room complete with a pool table, and elegant touches throughout, it’s the perfect spot for a fun and relaxing stay. Come for the food, stay for the Austin charm! Please Read Carefully by Booking you abide by our House Rules: \-Please respect quiet hours and keep noise to a minimum between 10 pm-8 am. We want to be respectful to our neighbors! \-Smoking of ANY kind will not be permitted inside the home including electronic cigarettes. Extra cleaning fees to remove odor and stains will be applied upwards of $500 USD. \-Follow all parking instructions provided in the check-in instructions. We are not responsible for any towing fees. \-If guests are found to have had additional guests without host permission, which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for an extra cleaning charge of $250\. Guests will also be asked to vacate the premises immediately without a refund if any parties, additional guests or rules are violated. \-No illegal activity or inappropriate social behavior will be tolerated. In the event of such activities, guests will be asked to vacate the premises immediately without a refund. We are not responsible for reckless behavior. \-The home will be very clean upon your arrival. I ask that you leave it neat and tidy on your departure. If a greater cleaning service is required, then an extra fee of $150 will be charged. \-No additional guests greater than the number of guests listed on your reservation will be permitted unless prior approval has been granted by the Host. \-Please notify us immediately if something is malfunctioning so it can be rectified to improve your guest experience. \-Any damage to the property should be reported immediately. Damages resulting from careless or negligent behavior will result in additional fees. \-Any missing items are subject to additional fees. \-Guests should not use our white towels to remove makeup/foundations, creams, tanning products, or any other products that might stain. The entire outside of the home was in need of maintenance, including yard, driveway and pool. The AC system was not working properly when we arrived. It was determined by maintenance that it couldn’t be guaranteed to be fixed for our stay. At that point we left the property and requested a full refund. The refund is still pending due to Host and owner not replying to VRBO Customer Service. Be aware and stay away from any property managed by this company, host and owner.
