Check out time is 10:00am unless otherwise arranged with us. If you are still in the home after 10:15am, an additional night charge may be incurred unless otherwise arranged. Kitchen: Help yourself to use anything in the kitchen. We provide an initial supply of coffee, cooking utensils should you wish to cook, trash bags, cleaning supplies, etc. Our only request is that you wash all dishes and utensils used prior to leaving in the dishwasher. $50 dirty dish cleaning fee by the cleaning company. Cooling/Heating: There is a nest thermostat that controls the AC and heat, if you could please leave the home at 70F when leaving that would be greatly appreciated. Noise: As neighbors are around the property, we would appreciate it if you could keep the noise down after 9 pm and before 8 am. There is a $150 noise complaint fee during quiet hours. Parties: No parties allowed. $2000 party penalty fee. Especially from guests not disclosed in the reservation. For special events please inquire. No Smoking: Do not smoke inside the property, if you wish to smoke/vape, please do so outside away from the entrance of the home and dispose of all smoking waste. $500 fumigation/ozone fee for smoking inside evidence. No Pets: As we love our furry friends, we also care about guests with pet allergies and therefore avoid allowing pets. There are pet fees of $25/day, $100/week, $300/month regardless of service animal status. Plumbing: Please do not throw away anything down the toilet other than toilet tissue, the cleaning company tests all toilets before each check-in. Laundry: There is a washer and dryer available in the property with laundry detergent available. \-Excessive Trash Policy- We take pride in offering a clean space for our guests, and we ask for your cooperation in maintaining it. While normal amounts of trash are expected, any excessive trash left behind or improperly disposed of will incur a $50 removal fee by the trash company. This includes overfilled bins or trash left in inappropriate areas. Thank you for considering our space. We strive to provide a clean and comfortable experience for all our guests.
