The Space: Experience comfort and charm in this inviting retreat, where you'll have access to the entire home, except for one locked storage closet. This thoughtfully designed property offers two cozy bedrooms and two full bathrooms, ensuring ample space for relaxation. We kindly ask to please refrain from using any candles indoors to ensure the safety of all guests and the property. \- The City of Austin waste collection is on Tuesday for this property. Please do not place any trash bags into compost or recycling. \- If any furniture is moved, please place it back in the original space where it was found. \- Additional charges (including shipping fees) may apply if personal items are left behind. \- In the event that you need to use the hard key, we kindly request that you place it back in the lockbox before departing. Failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $50 replacement fee per key. Landscaping: Scheduled for the 15th and 28th of month, between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM. To help keep them outside, please keep all windows and doors closed, especially in the evenings. If you happen to notice any inside, feel free to use the bug spray provided under the sink. The South 1st Street Hideaway was a very welcoming stay as we were greeted with a welcome note, basket with snacks, and bottle of wine upon arrival! Smart locks and thermostat were convenient as we had the code before we arrived - no more trying to find the key under the mat like in the old days. The house was spotless and is new construction with modern amenities, walk in shower, and high end appliances - coffee maker (including coffee), toaster, blender, and more. Parking was easy with a covered spot right by the door. Location is right in the heart of Austin and walking distance to all of the cool restaurants and shops on South 1st (1 minute walk) and South Congress (10 minute walk). We enjoyed taking our picture in front of the famous Austin postcard mural which was on the same street! ##### Bruce H.
