I threw my husbands 30th surprise party at the house and it was perfect for 10 people. The house is spacious, clean, the deck is really nice and relaxing, and the people that stayed in the studio also enjoyed their space. The neighborhood is quiet and walking distance to restaurants. I chose this property because of the space and the amount of beds provided. I had two friends stay in the detached king suite and they loved that room. The property is spacious, bright, beautifully decorated with a large kitchen & lovely outdoor space. The entrance to the park with nice walk/bike trails is only a few feet away.
