Light and fans in 2 bedrooms did not work, coffee pot did not work, living room TV did not work. If you want to cook while you are there...bring your own pots bc they do not provide those. The home is perfectly located just down the street from the beach entrance. We really love that we can drive our truck right to the water. There’s a fire pit in the back for s’mores at night. The garage was big and we had full access to use it. Our only con to this home is the access to the back yard and spa. There aren’t stairs from the back porch. You have to go out front and around the house through the gate. We didn't use the spa. It was way too hot outside for us to even think about using it. Overall, the home was very nice and the decor and furniture was very nice. We also LOVE the deer that live in the neighborhood. ##### Shauna M.
