Park w/ playground, basketball courts, and green belt trail are next door. It’s 6 mins to highway i35 and 20 minutes to downtown Austin and ladybird lake. Also, it’s close to lots of shopping areas in less than 30 mins. It’s a great choice either to spend time relaxing in the large TV rooms or exploring the fine eateries in the area. We have a blink security camera on-site and are able to see if you are having a party. This will result in an IMMEDIATE cancellation of your reservation with NO refund. \- Please respect the community. Noise level MUST BE MINIMAL after 10PM! Violation of the noise/party rule will result in the police being called, termination of your reservation, and the security deposit retained. We must respect the peace of the community! \- No smoking inside of the house all all. \- The listed price is based on 4 people. Every extra guest will be $25 per night on the reservation. We got lots of bugs/mosquitos friends. We try our best to treat it and keep it out of the house but chances are that they might sneak in when you open and close the door. If see a couple, please say bye bye and clean them. Other tips to beat the heat: \- keep the doors to the outside closed. Leaving them open, even while unpacking, makes it harder for the house to cool down.
