Best stay I've had all year!
What a pleasure to find a place where service is not dead! The moment I walked through the door I knew this was going to be a good experience. It was reminiscent of days gone by, when the Marriott chain was pulling up on the platform of excellent service. An instant greeting as the doors opened, even with other guests at the front desk. An hour early for check-in not one negative comment or implication of being inconvenienced by letting me get my room. My packet was completely predone! Only had to initial and sign the regular stuff. A verbal connection that I would be contacted by text in fifteen minutes to see if my room was okay and if there was anything lacking. The room was ready, clean, well done. Fifteen minutes later, a text. A few minutes after that, a quick survey. Greetings in and out of the hotel. Great check out. My go to hotel when I am in the Cedar Park area!
