This is only a minor issue but stepping into the bathtub was a bit slick. Mentioned this to front desk staff and they said that the showers were going to get non slip strips applied soon.

Very clean, friendly staff and convenient location. The windows could use an upgrade as tge fwy noisemia intense. Also the wi-fi does not work.

The bed was nice and comfy. Big room. Towels soft. Work out room nice. Didn’t have enough time to use the indoor pool but I did go in. The area was nice and clean. I did not like the dogs in the eating area. I have dogs but don’t take them in an indoor eating facility. The fruits were not fresh for breakfast .

Awful awful awful experience. The staff was beyond ignorant. The rooms are deplorable. The bathtub even had scum ring around it. Not what i needed after a 24hr drive with insurance on my trip i still couldn’t get my money back. Great customer service.

Staff helpful, breakfast good. Had problems with door locking. Would not recognize key at times, then if it did, handle would not open. Do not stay in a room here if you have key /door issues, ask for another room.

Property was being updating. The room I was in did not have a deadbolt on the door. Since i was traveling alone, i did not feel very safe. It's an older hotel and was not in the best shape. Several other options in the same area.

Hi Christi,I am sorry to hear you did not enjoy your stay with us. All the guest rooms do have a deadbolt lock. There are two locks on the doors, after you are inside the room, and close the door you here a click, that is the automatic deadbolt locking. There is also a safety latch on the door that when engaged only allows the door to open a few inches. Again, I am very sorry that you did not enjoy your stay. We try to keep our guest safety and comfort as our number one priority.

The back door did not have key card security. Additionally, we left a moist heating pad in the microwave when we checked out and when we called to claim it in lost in found, it was not turned in. We can only assume someone at the Inn decided to keep it. It's value was about $15.00. It would have been nice to have a couple of 12 oz bottles of water in the room not one mini bottle! Never seen a breakfast bar without bananas.

I liked it because it was quiet, clean, convenient, friendly and easy to park and get to my room
I didn't like the wall heating/cooling unit....too noisy and not enough control over the functions. It's typical for many motels but I have never cared for these type systems

HI Jason, We truly apologize for the issue you had with the shower. I don't understand what would have caused you to get stuck. The show is new and other guest have said it worked really well. The rubber grip at the entrance to prevent the water from flowing out is ADA approved and allows wheelchairs to roll over it very easily.

Everything was fine except the fact they decided to paint the hallway of the floor we were on. Have an infant and another kiddo with us. They had plastic and screws everywhere and the entire floor reeked of paint and chemicals.

We have a new lock system on order for that door, we just waiting for it to arrive. We do have cameras in the hall, and we keep a close watch on that door. Very nice property with a full breakfast. The even numbered rooms do face 183 and can at times be loud. I had no complaints.

wifi didn't work well. we had only weak wifi in room. it worked only near door, not in the bed. for ipad.
for android. it didn't work at all. next morning it worked in the cafeteria.
but overall facility was good condition. waffle dough has lot of water so it is not crispy at all.
