Cozy and nicely appointed with large walk-in shower in Master Bath, King bed, comfortable living room, functional kitchen with fully-stocked pantry, two other bedrooms (one with bunk beds), a second colorful bathroom, and a nice fenced yard with patio and grill just off the kitchen/dining room. Far nicer than staying in a hotel. Check in and out was easy and very smooth and the owner Michael always responded to messages very promptly. A towel hook was hanging out of the wall in the bathroom and there was no bath mat to stand on outside of the shower. Many of the dishes were dirty in the kitchen and we had to wash all of them before using. The swing set is very rusty and the grill was also too rusty to use. We came into Austin for family weekend at the University and choose to stay in Cedar Park as apposed to downtown Austin which can be very congested. It was just a 16 mile drive to our daughter's dorm. The house was located in a nice neighborhood and very close to an HEB. I originally got the dates wrong by one day and was able made the change without any difficulty. The house was for the most park just like the listing. My only complaints would be that there was not a working smoke detector as stated for safety. Just a mount on the ceiling and the rest of it was broken and on a shelf in the garage. The other would be that the coffee maker still had used coffee filter and coffee grinds in it which should be part of a cleaning checklist especially since you are being charged a cleaning fee. Spent a week here while visiting my daughter. It worked out perfectly for our needs, but it obviously doesn’t have the personal touches that many other Vrbo and abnb’s have. That being said, it really did work well for my family. The yard was fenced for my dog, the master bedroom was spacious and very comfortable. The bath update is great! I appreciated having the attached garage as well. With a little more personal attention it could be a really fabulous place. Someone did mow on the 3rd day. The playset in the backyard needs trashed, nothing like the pics. The house was nice and as listed in the app. The property manager was. Very responsive to inquiries. The backyard was nice and our daughters dog had fun running around the yard. We were close to them without being in their hair. Quiet neighborhood.
