Only one parking space, and finding it is a challenge. But once you are there, it has nice outdoor and indoor seating and is well set up. My extended family rented a mansion with swimming pool across Enfield, and it had a lot more street noise. This place is tucked in about 3/4 of a block down an alley. They have some very interesting art. Feels very private and secluded even though it’s in such a densely populated area. It's very close to downtown, with easy access to great restaurants, coffee shops, Whole Foods, the Capitol, and UT. The cottage is tricky to find -- fortunately, we used Google Maps street view to detect the teeny alley, which is the driveway off the main road. I ended up dealing with an external rental agency with very strict rules -- for example, one of our travelers experienced a sudden death in the family, and we were unable to reschedule our stay without losing the full rental price. ##### Tracy N.
