Our company, Resort Stay, is a licensed travel agency specializing in Wyndham Resorts. We have been in business since 2012 and you can count on us to provide you with an amazing Resort Stay! Primary renter must be at least 21\. The resort requires a security deposit of $250 on a credit card upon check-in, which is released upon check-out. The name on the reservation must match the ID of the person checking in. It is the guest's responsibility to provide us with the name of the person who will be checking in, at the time of booking. There is a $99 fee if you need to change the name on the reservation. Even if another member of your party arrives first, they will not be able to check in before the person named on the reservation. If you do not provide us with the name you would like on the reservation, we will use the name and address that the reservation was booked under as the default.
