Come and spend an unforgettable holiday in this charming, spacious and fully equipped house, ideal for accommodating up to 8 people.   
One of the major assets of this house is its swimming pool, perfect for relaxing and cooling off on sunny days.   
In addition, the reversible air conditioning will guarantee you optimal comfort, whatever the season.   
Located just 600 meters from Lake Aureilhan, you can also access the magnificent beaches of Mimizan via the cycle paths.   
The house has a bright living room with a sofa bed offering two additional beds, as well as a flat-screen TV and WIFI connection to entertain you. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, an oven, a microwave, a filter and capsule coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, and a dishwasher for a practical and pleasant stay. The garage includes a washing machine, a tumble dryer, as well as a second American fridge for even more comfort.   
As for the bedrooms, you will find a bedroom with a 140 cm double bed, another bedroom with two 90 cm single beds that can be separated or pushed together to make a king size bed, and a third bedroom with a 90 cm trundle bed that can be transformed into two single beds or a king size bed. The house also has a spacious bathroom with two sinks and a separate toilet.  
Outside, you will appreciate the enclosed and very pleasant garden, with two terraces equipped with garden furniture, an awning, a parasol, a barbecue and a plancha for convivial meals outdoors.
