Located only 6 min from Augusta National, this condo features an open floor plan with a great room that boasts a wood burning fireplace and large floor to ceiling windows allowing natural light to stream in. There's a spacious dining area and access to a huge balcony with a private wooded view. The kitchen gives you plenty of space and is full of standard appliances. The roomy owner's suite doesn't disappoint offering a large closet, en suite bath and shower with extra storage in the linen closet. Born in Virginia in 1780, he came to Richmond County in his youth and studied law. Freeman Walker, in 1826, deeded 70 acres of land to the United States Government to be used as an arsenal-the site now of the Junior College of Augusta.
