"Staff was very professional and welcoming. Bedding and room were clean. Advertised as pet friendly and they didn't give me any problems when I brought my medium sized dog. AC worked great. Room walls have major water damage. Room had a slight smell. Pillows are very small. External side doors were not locked at 2 am."

"Absolute worst hotel experience that I have ever had; arrived to the hotel at 2am after driving 6 hours straight was checked in fine and even pushed my reservation to the next business day so I wouldn't have to check right back out right away so I was told, but at 9:30am the cleaning staff was knocking to clean my room so I told them no thanks. 11:05 the cleaning staff returns pounding on the door saying they need to clean I again say no thanks. 11:25 my cell phone rings with the lady from the front desk yelling at me that the cleaning staff needs me out of the room so they can clean it because Im not suppose to be there; very confused I explained my receipt and email confirmation all said that I check out the next business day she replied "that's incorrect and you need to leave". I didn't feel that the attitude and extremely poor taste of customer service was necessary. Needless to say I will not be staying here again nor suggest anyone else does as well."

"Had a family emergency and had to check out two days early. Because the room was prepaid no refund or accommodation could be done. Also the room had stains on the carpet and chairs, the TV did not have “the feature” that would allow any streaming such as Netflix or YouTube. Just an overall terrible experience "

"The property is relatively new. They were having some elevator issues. The property is not that big. But it was clean and a nice area."

"First off, we were supposed to have 2 “queen” size beds, if those were queen size, they need to learn their measurements. Those beds were clearly FULL size. I did not have the breakfast there. The only problem I had with the hotel, it smells of mildew. They need to get some dehumidifiers or something. Other than that, the hotel was clean and nice. "

" Check-in was fast and easy, and the staff was great! The desk clerks were knowledgeable and friendly, and gave my group terrific suggestions for meals and fun things to do. The lobby is spacious, so my group could sit and play games and chat in the evening. The location of the hotel is perfect be use Evansville is very walkable. I 100% recommend this hotel! We will be back!"

"The rooms were clean and appeared well maintained. They are on the smaller side as are many of the amenities at this property. The staff was friendly and check in was quick and easy. The lobby is microscopic as is the breakfast/happy hour area. We have stayed at many Drury Inns over the years and this is probably the only one I wouldn't return to. I got downstairs at 7:30a and there was one table available for breakfast. I can't imagine how busy it would have been at 8:00a - people would have been sitting on the floor."
