"Nice quiet area by Detroit Lake. Property owner communicated well. Easy check in. Nice restaurants and pubs nearby the property. Starbucks coffee shop on property."
Adorable and bright lake house! Retro feel all the modern amenities
10/10 Excellent
"This lake house was so peaceful and quiet. The owner has so many unique items in the home. Every day I was discovering another picture or item I hadn’t noticed before. It has everything provided that you need for a vacation. The quiet road it is located on is perfect for walking. The location made it easy for me to go visit all the sites I had on my list!!"
Big Cormorant-Lg.Walkout w/2 living areas for comfort, big lot, arcade, lily pad
10/10 Excellent
"Our family of 10 (6 adults, 4 children ages 9-13) really enjoyed our stay at your cabin. There were so many spaces for everyone to relax, and the kids (and maybe some adults) enjoyed the arcade games and the foosball table. This cabin is extremely well-stocked from kitchenware to board games to lawn and lake toys. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to families or any larger groups."
"We enjoyed our two night stay. The beds were extremely comfortable. It was quiet and things were clean. We loved being right on the lake. Got two northerns at the dock. I had read somewhere when booking through Expedia or Google that they have free kayak rentals and that is not true so that was a disappointment.
The only complaint I have that the buffet breakfast could’ve been better and the hallways are very dark."
"This was great place to getaway for the night! The jacuzzi in the room was perfect for relaxing in. The bed & pillows were comfortable. We headed down to The Gold Mine bar for a few beers & some pizza. The staff was kind & courteous. We will be staying here again!"
