This was a great spot with great views and being amidst the big city. The appartments were very clean and perfect for our family of 5 to enjoy some city life for a spell. Parking easy and walking distance to many great spots. A central plesant location.

Didn't like the parking. So narrow and we couldn't fit our car in. The steep slope didn't help. Stairs at the front of the property meant that one had to carry heavy bags up and down.

The negative part is no air conditioning in neither of 2 bed rooms. The main air condition unit is located in the living room. The cool air is unable to enter the bed rooms. They did provide 2 table stand electrical fan in each room. But it does not have any effect to cool down or blow away the humid and bit hot air inside the unit.

Room was bigger than expected. Very clean and comfortable bed. Carpet and settee look tired but fine to use. Compact kitchen. Hotel didnt reply to my message before arriving confirming booking. Entrance is down steps or use loading area if in wheelchair. Yes a cemetery opp the front door. Get over it ! Its historic as Aucklands first cemetery worth a look. I dont agree with all the negative comments as great value for money

It's a nice central location. Staff at reception very friendly. Parking is terrible unfortunately,very steep. Hotel underground parking very tight too, and we had problems exiting at the ramp. Nice and clean inside the apartments. I thought the apartments came with washing machine and dryer, so queuing up for small washing was an issue. Overall though we had a pleasant stay.

The photo of the pool and then the photo in a different light and angel of the same pool with a "fitness facility" caption made us think there was a gym..Definitely was no gym..pretty deceiving marketing. And the pool was freezing with no seats or anything in the area like the pics show. Pool tiles looked very dirty also. Carpark very hard to get in and out of. Walls in room had visible marks all-over them where theyve been wiped with a cloth or something. Wish id read other reviews before booking.

Thoroughly disappointed in this property. The pool was closed for maintenance which wasn’t disclosed at time of booking. This property advertises that every room has air condition which is a complete lie, the rooms have no air conditioning. Not ideal in the summer heat resulting in next to no sleep. We had to remind the staff to service our room and provide new towels etc. The car parking is a nightmare to access. Luckily our rental car was small as a medium size car literally would not be able to access the car park. There is no street parking available to temporarily park while you attempt to check in/out. The parks that are available look to be utilized by staff cars all day, every day. Quite possibly the worst property I have ever stayed at. Seriously wouldn’t suggest anyone stays here. Never again

I've stayed here long term before, and both times I was given a one bedroom that had two double beds pushed together, taking up the whole room, making it very difficult to get out onto the balcony, or make the bed(s). It was obvious that the the room was meant for a queen bed, because of the placement of the reading lights, which were place so low that I kept hitting my head on them. I complained to the housekeepers, and was moved to a studio room with a queen bed, and a fantastic view. However, I had to turn on all the lights to read in bed, because there were no reading lights over the bed. All the rooms have kitchens, so I saved lots of money by preparing my own food. The bathrooms are poorly designed, with empty space where the washer/dryer should go. The towels are far from the shower, which leaks all over the floor. The sofa needs replacing.

Property was clean and staff were friendly, but that is where the positives stop. We were ‘upgraded’ to a room with a view, and the view was great but the room was not. Carpet was ripped and fading, air con didn’t have a remote, when we asked for a remote they told us it didn’t work and to use our fans. We had no fans. We requested them and they got delivered to us after midnight on arrival back to the hotel. Windows wouldn’t open, they were stuck shut. Very average stay for the cost of the room!

Overall stay was good. We stayed for a week but room was cleaned only once. They did a lite cleaning, no vaccuming and no changing of bed sheets. We had to go doen to reception to ask for tps etc.

The pictures online are not a representation of the reality of this hotel. This hotel have very Old rundown furniture with warn carpet. The walls are dirty and sink and utensils not cleaned and bathroom locks not working. I had 2 rooms booked and they said we were given a room upgrade for both because of my expedia status. The upgrade was a room with aircon which i thought was unusual not to have one in a normal room but thats fine we accepted the upgrade. The second room was upgraded to a 2br but we only had one person in that room and 4 in the other room. We checked in with no information supplied to us at all by the staff and had to ask about laundry facilities and checkout times etc. The size of the room we were given for 4 people in a 2br felt like a match box, it had one 2 seater couch that was a very old saggy couch. the place was so uncomfortable that we had to sit in the bedroom. When i complained we were given a larger room but not in any better condition. i was charged for the stay again by the hotel and when confronted all i got was a sorry it was an accident we charged your card instead of expedias one and they provided the refund. There was no compassion that i would be out of pocket for days before i get the refund. The carpark was very tight and steep and extremely difficult to get in and out. I dont recommend this hotel and ghey need to update their pictures to match reality.

A nice apartment with washing machine, dryer etc. Great for family! Only thing that I didn't really like was the steep slope leading out from the apartment at it's right next to a public cemetery. Otherwise, i love the place.

Very clean rooms. We were given a room on the 14th floor-quieter. We had a large SUV making challenging to navigate the entrance to the underground parking. Otherwise, it was an excellent stay.

Hotel was ok . Just noisy , too far out unless you have a car . No good food outlets /places to eat out . No communal sitting /socialising area . Pool was very small and cold . Good points had a washing machine and dryer in room

Absolutely loved our stay here. We were delighted to find that the suite had a great view of the Sky Tower, too! When the staff found out it was our honeymoon trip, they surprised us with wine and chocolate. It was great!
