The Space: Tiri Heights is designed around sunlight, sea views, and comfortable living. The open-plan lounge, dining, and kitchen area feels bright and welcoming, with wide bi-fold doors opening to a generous deck overlooking the bay. It’s an easy place to slow down, morning coffees outside, long lunches on the deck, and warm, relaxed evenings watching the light change over the water. Indoors, the living area is stylishly furnished with coastal textures and soft colours that match the calm of the bay. The modern kitchen is fully equipped for simple meals or shared dinners, and the dining table sits beside the windows to keep the sea views in sight. Both bedrooms are comfortable and quietly positioned, each with a queen bed and a soft, restful feel. The bathroom is modern and bright, with good space and everything you need after a beach day or vineyard visit. Tiri Heights is quietly elevated, private, and still within easy walking distance to Oneroa village, Oneroa Beach, and local wineries, an ideal mix for a relaxing Waiheke break.
