The dining table sits near the windows, making the most of the light. The kitchen is full-size with ample bench space, quality appliances, and everything needed for simple meals at home. Both bedrooms are positioned away from the main living area for privacy. The master bedroom has a king bed and its own access to a bathroom. The second bedroom has a king that can be split into singles on request, making the setup flexible for couples, families, or friends travelling together. Two bathrooms make morning routines easy, with one featuring a spacious shower and the other a full vanity and tiled finish. Shared gas BBQs are available in the landscaped common area at The Sands, ideal for relaxed summer dinners.
