The open-plan layout connects the kitchen, dining area, and lounges, where doors open out to a sunny deck, where guests can enjoy outdoor dining and BBQ. The kitchen is a chef\`s dream, complete with top-of-the-line appliances and a convenient butler\`s pantry. Set over 3 levels, this house has space for everyone! On the ground floor is the double internal access garage, a bathroom, queen bedroom and laundry. The middle level is the hub of the house with the kitchen, 2 dining areas, a casual and a formal lounge and 2 bedrooms plus bathroom. 1 bedroom with queen bed the other with queen and single bed. The middle level opens to a private rear courtyard with outdoor furniture and BBQ. There is also a deck off the lounge with wonderful sea views. On the upper level is the master bedroom with king bed, huge walk in wardrobe and bathroom and a private deck. Castor Bay is a coastal North Shore suburb, with a popular swimming beach, coastal walks, parks, shops, cafes and local amenities including the Milford Shopping Centre. Also close to Takapuna Beach, this neighbourhood is a coastal gem. Good public transport options available and close to the Smales Farm transport hub.
