Welcome to Royal Residency, a brand new luxury apartment hotel in Auckland, New Zealand. Conveniently located halfway between the city and the airport, our elegant and spacious apartments offer the perfect blend of comfort and convenience for both business and leisure travellers with a range of options to suit all requirements.

Our 3 bedroom luxury apartments sleep 8 and include a King bed in one bedroom and a Queen bed in the other two bedrooms. These apartments include an ensuite bathroom and a shared ensuite bathroom each with their own shower, spa bath and free toiletries. The full kitchen includes a gas stovetop, oven, microwave. dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, cutlery, pots & pans, crockery and tea/coffee making facilities. The separate living area contains a sofa bed and chairs, coffee table and a Smart TV with Freeview Streaming and Samsung TV Plus Streaming. The dining area has a dining table and chairs and dining is also available on the kitchen island. Laundry facilities are available in the garage and include a washing machine and tub. Free, off-street parking is available in the driveway and in the secure, undercover garage.

New, modern townhouse in the suburbs

It's just as described: modern, clean and furnished well. I can definitely recommend staying at this place. It's a bit of a tight turn when driving into the property and garage, but it's manageable.

Great Stay

Stunning property. Stayed in preparation for a beach day. Clean toilets, kitchen and bedroom all with AC. Only thing was that it was lacking in some basic cooking supplies (oil, salt, pepper etc) however the property is situated close to many grocery stores and restaurants.

Stop Over

We had a fantastic stay, just a shame we couldn't stay longer, we attended a concert at Eden Park so location to that was great, the apartment was very well pointed for a relaxing stay, the beds were very comfortable and the attached bathrooms were a great bonus.
