Location was ideal, easy walking to great restaurants and Auckland shopping. The initial online booking process was okay, However, the follow up confirmation process was tedious and the request to upload detailed identity details and a selfie did not reflect the current online security protocols. Despite expressing my concerns to Quinovic via telephone, regarding possible Identity theft, the requests continued making me feel stressed.
