it was nice but for the price, the room was very small, it was quite dark and we could figure out how to turn the lights up and we didn’t have enough time to ask staff. i feel like this room is over priced. staff were lovely!

Room was old and dated Bathroom was extremely old and dated - gym and pool bathrooms were nicer Room very dark and dim Food over priced and not of good quality - can get way cheaper and high quality food down town Fridge was tiny and warm, not cold at all No water provided in the mini bar Pullman call themselves a luxury hotel, this is not a luxury hotel and not worth the money you pay. Staff not very friendly either

Property in good conditions with large lobby. Staff was very efficient and friendly. Location is about 10 minutes walk from main street for shopping and restaurants.

This hotel is run down and staff are apathic at best. Our 'Apartment' was old and in need of up grades. Food on property was way below average. I'd never go back.

Room good bed very comfortable . Cleanliness very good. Valet parking convenient and very timely very little or no waiting for our car. Staff very friendly. Couldnt fault anything.

Great spot and staff
Great staff and hotel. My only negative is that the walls are paper thin and you are able to hear conversations and taps being used in the next room. Not usually an issue however our neighbours were having a good time until 2am on our last night

Lovely and comfortable stay. Helpful staff. The only things we didn't enjoy so much is that the decor and fixtures are very dated, especially in the bathroom. Also, there no main lights in the room, only lamps which wasn't ideal.

The person checking us in was rude. At the breakfast buffet there weren't enough cups or bowels for all the guests . There didnt appear to be enough staff. The car valet was speeding in my car and other guests had to run out of his way. This experience doesnt give me confidence in ever wanting to hand over my keys. I would never stay here again !

A very comfortable stay at Pullmans. Only suggestion would be a boost to the room’s lighting which was generally a little dim.

Excellent facilities all located on site. Pool, gym, sauna etc Excellent lobby bar & breakfast area. Comfortable beds. Bathroom on the smaller side with the toilet placement interesting if you are a tall person. Walkable to CBD.

The room was clean and quiet. The hotel is in walking distance to restaurants and shops including the famed Queen Street. The restaurant in the hotel has delicious food but has a limited menu if you're staying multiple nights.

Loved facilities and location but bathroom in room needed an upgrade. No extraction fan and mould in places. Fixtures were not to standard I would expect for calibre of hotel. Water pressure out of shower was terrible.
