### Peaceful and relaxing

This beautifully renovated studio (bedroom & bathroom) is situated on the desirable Newton Road just 5 minutes from the entertainment and hospitality facilities of Oneroa village. Bordering on the Kaitiaki Newton Reserve there are numerous formed trails through native bush and along the cliffs & shoreline to enjoy.  
Experience the view of Oneroa Beach across the native bush valley, the cheeky Tuis' birdsong and the one of the islands best beaches on your doorstep.  
Enjoy the spacious garden and complete the day with a swim at Little Oneroa Beach before a wonderful sunset colouring the western sky whilst enjoying a delicious wine from one of the many Waiheke vineyards.  
Breakfast is provided (if requested): muesli, fruit, yoghurt, toast and jam plus tea, plunger coffee and hot chocolate always available.
