We thought the hotel was beautiful and clean and the staff were super helpful and friendly, they even upgraded us for the night to an ocean view since it was for our anniversary. The one thing that was quite odd and annoying, was that we could hear water running through pipes in the walls/ceiling, which I can only assume was from people upstairs flushing or showering. It was quite loud and disruptive. We were on Level 8, not sure if its an issue in all the rooms but it certainly was in ours. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

On waterfront opposite Princes Pier. Restaurants and grocery store within walking distance. Quiet room facing harbour on 10th floor with sofa, small table and chair. Nice size shower. USB ports both sides of bed and by table for charging if needed. Great lighting

This is one of the best hotel in Auckland, NZ. Staffs are friendly, room is neat & clean, scenic harbor view from room, room coffee machine is cool - everything was fantastic!

This hotel is lovely! We were upgraded to a suite and the room was immaculate! Great views, close to good restaurants and Sky Tower. The buffet breakfast was very good. We enjoyed our stay and would gladly stay here again.

Great hotel stayed here a few times now. Only issue for me is we are all vegetarian and the meals don’t accommodate us at all, wanted to eat in restaurant and couldn’t so would only stay here again if they got more vegetarian options.

The hotel is in an excellent location for purposes of touring the downtown sites and, in particular, the marina area where there is an excellent choice of restaurants! The restaurant staff are very friendly. 'Abbas'- one of the staff, went out of his way to obtain a drip cup of coffee for me with cream, which i appreciated!

Excellent overall stay. Original Queen room had non-operational TV which led to an upgrade to a King room that was had a better view of the harbor. Hotel and room were very clean and well maintained. Staff were very courteous, professional, and readily available for query/assistance. Staff demonstrated pride in their day to day work. Excellent location at/near waterfront with all amenities within or close by. Would stay again for sure.

Really great hotel but my room wasn’t ready until 3.30 and when I was ready to leave at 11.10 my key had already been deactivated so could not get into my room and had to all the way to reception - seemed very petty maybe deactivate key cards at 11.30

Great location and quirky place! Easy valet parking. Only little things which could improve is - we didn’t get replacement towels each day, the bathroom door was a little broken, they didn’t replace used cups and there were no bin liners. Minor things. Would recommend
