Good staff Clean comfortable room

Stayed here while visiting Canadian National Vimy Memorial and other Canadian WWI sites, and the location was absolutely ideal. The staff were incredibly helpful, the hotel was very clean, and dinner was excellent. Having Louvre-Lens just across the street was an added bonus. There was also ample free parking, which made exploring the area by car very easy. The continental breakfast was decent, though my expectations may have been a little too high after such a fantastic meal the night before.

Stayed for one night and had a fantastic experience. The staff were very welcoming and breakfast was excellent! We kindly got upgraded on arrival with a view of the main square. The room was comfortable and surprisingly really quiet despite overlooking the main square. Made it very easy to sleep! Couldn’t fault the hotel and would happily stay again. Thanks for having us!

We stayed here for the second year in a row. It's ideally located in a quiet neighborhood but close to Amiens centre. A lovely organic supermarket is about a 5 minute walk away and also a tasty pizza restaurant/takeaway. The only downside to this hotel is that the breakfasts are very expensive, 16 euro per person per night and the beds are a little hard.

This was a basic room that did what we needed as a group of girls on a weekend away. Avoid the overpriced breakfast, fill your water bottle with the free water and walk 10 minutes then you have all the cafes you need. Excellent location opposite the exit from Eurostar. Good shower, comfy beds (even the camp ones we needed) Main issue was the AC, no cool air at all. The room was very hot. First member of staff told us to come back and tell their colleague later, second tried to help said it had been looked at and offered a fan. Finally on the last morning Ingrid was more helpful and explained that it’s not ‘on’ until the end of May. That could have been explained sooner and more clearly. We had a great time but the customer support could have been better.
